aznfs mount blocks file.* url in latest release

cat /opt/microsoft/aznfs/data/aznfs.log

The releases in this repo don't seem to be the latest version. I found that configuring apt to use packages.microsoft.com (see here) and installing via apt provides the actual latest version (3.0.19) which fixes this issue.
