Cannot download anything from BCL

Hi, I have downloaded OpenStudio and BCL doesn't load in there (I did adjust my firewall settings, so this shouldn't be a problem). Then I tried to download things manually from the BCL website but any download button I click on leads me to "This site cannot be reached". Anyone can help me with this?

The BCL is no longer at bcl.nrel.gov but now at bcl.nlr.gov. The OpenStudio Application needs to be updated to point to this new location. There is a workaround discussed here: https://unmethours.com/question/103250/openstudio-bcl-down/
