Subject: [PATCH] ci(repo): extend .gitignore for CI and tool output

Adds ignore rules for artifact and out folders, cmake-build directories, .cache, compile_commands.json, IDE folders and editor junk. Existing rules unchanged. Checked: git diff shows additions only; git ls-files -ci prints nothing.
