Child_process.execSync

The child_process.execSync global function allows developers to execute shell functions using the system shell (/bin/sh) within a code service. The function is available to all code services executing on an Edge but not to ones running on the Platform.

The child_process.execSync function is synchronous. Signatures are execSync(command, options). Options is an object that contains uid and gid attributes.

Executes a shell command using /bin/sh.
