Support for (n)domgloss hand/arm override

Currently the domgloss and ndomgloss columns of the MMS are ignored.
A test implementation for this "Frankenstein" approach was done. it must be now integrated in the main pipeline.
Possibly, two new columns - domhandgloss and ndomhandgloss might be useful to limit the override to the fingers configuration.
