Possibility not to inject JQueryUI

jquery-ui.min.js is injected by default on the rendering of the Blog, even if it's not used (might be there to work with a calendar view template or a search facility ?)

For the purpose of ecoconception, It would be good to not have it injected per default, on rendering only.

This needs a rethink. It is used in some of the templates.
