One challenge nearly all sites have is to improve engagement, including encouraging comments from other visitors. I just noticed that Dev.to uses gamification techniques to reward intended behavior. In this case, it's using a positive email and a badge.
Describe the solution you'd like
Any features toward this end are welcome, but the least we could do is send a note to thank the visitor for their comment(s), and if we know it, send them a thank for you certain milestones.
