• Make sure "logger buffer sizes" is not disabled in developer options.
• Maybe https://github.com/getActivity/Logcat/blob/5b797cc73ff9e63b4c32c8203a883c347e6641ab/library/src/main/java/com/hjq/logcat/LogcatManager.java#L147. Run adb logcat on PC (or logcat in Termux) and see if it quits automatically without Ctrl+C.

"Logger buffer sizes" is the default option "256K",I didn't change it

I copied the code from https://github.com/getActivity/Logcat/blob/5b797cc73ff9e63b4c32c8203a883c347e6641ab/library/src/main/java/com/hjq/logcat/LogcatManager.java#L147-L157, try the APKs in https://github.com/ExclaveNetwork/Exclave/actions/runs/33878329450. If it still does not work, this is a won't fix.

P.S. A user once reported to me a vivo Android 8.1 device does not display the log and logcat exits with "unexpected EOF".

What a stupid brand... Not something I can resolve. To verify if you are affected, try to run logcat in Termux and see if there is meaningful output.
