Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Enable Distance rates.
• Enable "Exclude a fixed distance per claim" in distance settings with 1 miles.
• Invite User B to the workspace.
• Perform the steps below as User B:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create a map distance expense.
4. Open the expense.
5. Click workspace distance settings link.

Expected Result:

workspace distance settings link should not be clickable for workspace member.

Actual Result:

workspace distance settings link is clickable for workspace member and it opens not here page.
