Subject: [PATCH] Show each offer's term restrictions in the live demo music
 recorded run

The recorded-run sample collapsed every term, so readers saw only the
price of each offer. Each offer now shows its function, user-type and
geography restrictions, which is where the three licenses differ. The
license, quotas and obligations stay collapsed.
