add schemes from ltc package

I thought Loukas Theodosiou has some quite impressive schemes in his R package. MIT license.

Naming these things is hard, but seems ok. ltc_palette is the name in his repository, but Loukas Theodosiou might be an ok heading name in keeping with the other named headings. Excited to have some great new schemes!

I was wondering about something more informative, like Pablo or Picasso - although there’s other bits and pieces in there I suppose. 🤷‍♂️

well minou was Picassos favorite cat, so feel free to use that, its a great name :P I was just thinking for discoverability from the catalogue page, an r user should be able to find it.

Yes that would be a good name. But I'll have to use the original name, as you say, for findability.(I think R programmers love their abbreviated names - dplyr, rgl, ggvis, its, ... :))
