DRAv6 5.0.1 downgrade doesn't activate on iPhone 4s, says device is already activated

I tried to downgrade my iPhone 4s to 5.0.1 with LiK (kDFU, jailbroken, memory option enabled, verbose disabled), however once the restore finishes and I connect to LiK again, it says Activated A5(X) device detected. Activation Records stitching enabled.. The phone isn't activated, iOS setup tries to activate, I can't activate on-device, my 4s refuses to do it on-device for some reason, even on iOS 9 (but iOS 9 activates fine with LiK). My phone isn't activation locked, and it's an 01 IMEI.

restore to latest or 6.0 with dra v6, dump baseband, have --disable-bbupdate flag enabled on restoring back to ios 5
