The VST3 exports crash DAW

VST3 exports (both example, like echo, and built following a step by step guide) crash DAW. The DAW tested is Waveform 13 by Tracktion.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clone the repo
2. Build the plugin (e.g. echo) and install it in your system's VST3 directory.
3. Scan for plugins in DAW and add the plugin to a track.

Expected Result:

Plugin should load and process audio.

Actual result:

DAW crashes
