[Feature]: Option to filter observers from the map and hide them by default

!feature Allow observers to be filtered from the map. I would advocate for this being the default - showing observers on the map is of limited value to most people, compared to repeaters. We have a several people who run both observers and repeaters at the same location. They end up stacked on top of each other on the map, so you have to zoom way in to find the repeater and then zoom back out to see the coverage. If observers were filtered out by default, it would eliminate that issue for most.

But many repeaters are observers? One of our cities main repeaters is also an observer. Id love to get more community feedback on this one.

Also recently added spiderify to the map to help with this issue
