Hi Steve Hall: Unfortunately we are not able to maintain all the time extension functions in the newest versions of NetLogo. The NetLogo team is supposed to be working on adding the extension to NetLogo, but have not yet done so. I would encourage you to let them know you would like to use it. Otherwise, your only option for using the discrete-event scheduling functions of the time extension is to use an old version of NetLogo. Steve Railsback

Just tested on the current version. Export-world seems to work fine, but import-world doesn't. Will look into this.
