Add 3 Software resources: SeaORM, dbmate, Querybook (#150)
Daily automated resource curation for 2026-10-27. - SeaORM (ORM for Rust) — explicit MySQL/MariaDB backend feature flags in Cargo.toml. - dbmate (migration CLI) — MySQL and MariaDB listed among supported databases in the README. - Querybook (Pinterest's notebook-style Big Data IDE) — MySQL listed among supported query engines. dbmate keeps a database schema in sync across developers and environments using plain `.sql` migration files instead of a language-specific migration DSL, so it works the same way regardless of which language or framework a project uses. It ships as a single static binary (with an npm package as an alternative install path) and reads the database connection from a `DATABASE_URL` environment variable or `.env` file. The README documents MySQL connection strings, including Unix-socket connections, alongside MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and ClickHouse.

Querybook combines a DataHub-style metadata catalog with a notebook interface where SQL cells, charts, and written analysis can be mixed on the same page and shared with a team. Its "Query Engines" support list includes MySQL, Presto, Hive, Druid, Snowflake, BigQuery, SQLite, and PostgreSQL, with MySQL also usable as the backing store for Querybook's own results and metadata. It runs self-hosted via Docker — the README's quick-start has Docker as the only prerequisite, with `make` bringing up the stack locally.

SeaORM is an async ORM for Rust built on top of `sqlx`, with entity modeling, a fluent query builder, relation loading, and a `sea-orm-migration` crate for schema migrations. Its `Cargo.toml` exposes dedicated `sqlx-mysql` and `backend-mysql` feature flags, plus a `mariadb-use-returning` flag for MariaDB's `RETURNING` support, alongside the equivalent PostgreSQL and SQLite backends — so MySQL/MariaDB are first-class targets, not an afterthought. A companion `sea-orm-cli` generates entities from an existing database schema.
