From d1444776db535e4225bca171671eb697ee9fd149 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: PunGrumpy <108584943+PunGrumpy@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Fri, 23 Oct 2026 00:10:30 +0700 Subject: [PATCH] refactor(web): drop the geist base layer that the next one overrides geist.css had two base layers in a row. The first block's * rule was repeated word for word in the second, and its body background (bg-background-100) was overridden by the second block's bg-background-200. The comment above the second block was there only to tell the two apart, and the repo keeps no comments in code. I built the site before and after and split the largest compiled stylesheet to one rule per line. The only difference is one removed copy of the duplicated outline-color rule; nothing was added and the body rules compile to the same text. --- apps/web/app/styles/geist.css | 11 ----------- 1 file changed, 11 deletions(-) diff --git a/apps/web/app/styles/geist.css b/apps/web/app/styles/geist.css index cbb6931..e98715b 100644 --- a/apps/web/app/styles/geist.css +++ b/apps/web/app/styles/geist.css @@ -446,17 +446,6 @@ 0 0 0 2px var(--ds-background-100), 0 0 0 4px var(--ds-blue-900); } -@layer base { - * { - @apply border-gray-alpha-400 outline-gray-600/50; - } - - body { - @apply bg-background-100 text-gray-1000; - } -} - -/* This layer is by PunGrumpy */ @layer base { *, ::after,
