It looks like your flight runs for a few minutes before MSFS crashes. AutoFPS is keeping the same TLOD and OLOD as when you load in and does not change the entire time MSFS is working, so AutoFPS is not changing any MSFS settings that could potentially cause this anyway.

What I do note is that you are running the app as Admin and you are using the MSFS performance enhancement option, either of which could cause the issue you are experiencing with MSFS crashing. Try running the app without Admin privilege and uncheck the MSFS performance enhancement option and try again.

If still happening, send me the log and tell me specifically what time(s) MSFS is crashing like this.

Yes, those two or, simpler still, uncheck just the + checkbox next to MSFS2024 which will disable the feature entirely.

Are you running the app by clicking on that exe file or are you doing it another way? If launched via the exe, it should not launch with admin privilege with a normal Windows account and Run as Admin not checked. If you are launching it with something else it will inherit the privilege level of what ever calls it, so check that if that is the case.

IMO, disabling the MSFS performance optimiser should do the trick, so only worry about hunting down what is causing AutoFPS to run as Admin if you are still having an issue after disabling the optimiser.

Does the app show "Admin" in the title bar (I can't see in your screen shot but your log did show it)? If so, Windows is reporting to the app that it is running in Admin mode.

The other thing it could be is that you installed the app as Admin which you could resolve by reinstalling the app with normal privilege.

As I said before though, MSFS performance optimiser is the most likely cause of your issue so try disabling that first. The app can run as Admin but is generally not recommended as you'd have the UAC prompt every time you start it.
