馃悰 Missing message when no repository is selected in settings#256

Description

@Friedinger

馃悰 Bug Description

When no repository is selected in the settings, the task list shows:
No Issues matching current filters found in this repository

This is misleading, because the user has not selected any repository yet.
Instead, there should be a clear message that no repository is selected.

馃攣 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Ensure that no repository is selected.
  3. Open the Task List view.
  4. Notice the message: "No Issues matching current filters found in this repository".

馃 Expected Behavior

If no repository is selected, the application should display a clear message like:
"No repository selected. Please choose one in the settings."
instead of showing a misleading "no issues found" message.
