pkcs12: blockers for 0.2.0

Hello,
Now that a lot of crates have gotten a new stable release in the past weeks, are there any blockers left for pkcs12, despite a new cms release?

A stable cms v0.3 release is the main blocker.

I'm not sure what blockers there are for that per se.

Maybe @baloo and @carl-wallace can help get a cms release out, otherwise I'll get to it after I'm done with other lower-level releases

cms still has a dependency on a rc version of rsa.

I’m on my phone right now, but it looks like the dependency is not actually used. I’ll double check when I get back to my laptop.

No it's actually a feature used in the builder:

There is no alternative. This seems a bit much to drop for my taste. Your call.

Depending one what is desired in the cms release, the builder could reside in a new, sibling cms_builder crate. EnvelopedData support is on the chopping block in the new S/MIME v4 work. It'd be nice to get kemri support into the builder as well (I have some code towards that end but would have to check to see how complete).
