Lolcat on Fedora and ubuntu are not the same package

https://linuxcommandlibrary.com/man/lolcat lists the arguments for what looks like the ruby version of lolcat, but Fedora packages a different utility under the same name. Which does not have the animate option.

Steps to reproduce

try to run lolcat on fedora with -a flag observe it does not exist
