Installing mods breaks game's behavior in Underground 2

Before installing mods all cars and quick race tracks unlocks normally, but after doing that, it doesn't happen at all. After completing Stage 1 I can't see new unlocked cars in the car lot and new unlocked tracks in quick race mode. What could be wrong?
