Right now, the button for showing the downloads within a category says "Show all downloads" and the button for hiding them again says "Show only main download".
Environments may want to customize that text, depending on how they're using the subcategories. But the only way to do so is to copy and edit all of hugopacket/index.html and hugopacket/bits/section.html, which are complex files and can diverge from the nomnom versions quickly.
Make a cleaner mechanism for environments to customize those text strings.
