Stop Button Does Nothing?

Alright, got the thing running reliably, but how do you shut it down cleanly? Closing the command window does the job, but leaves the python environment orphaned and prevents re-launch.

I just updated the GUI code. You can run UPDATE.bat to get the latest launcher.
