Codeforces Contest Wise Problems

As of now there is a Folder Named Codeforces and until now only Problem A types are added so Make a PR in which there will be another folder named Contests. Add the problem Contest wise, make new folder for respective contest and add the Solutions for those Problems. This Contests Folder can contain contest of Codechef, Codeforces, AtCoder etc.
But Keep in mind Don't Update this Folder with 1 or 2 Solutions, If don't know try to solve and then upload solutions.
