From 6903da0f5cdae4718ebdead6219b1522389c169a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: ngosang Date: Sat, 26 Sep 2026 19:20:11 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Add a Backup and restore page and rename confusing Migration pages Explain which folder to copy on each platform, how to back up and restore it, how credits depend on preferences.dat and cryptkey.dat, and how to handle download directories outside the configuration folder. Link the page from the FAQ, Configuration Files, Directories, Installation, common problems and the Secure User Identification page. Rename the Migration pages that were all called "import": import becomes import-tool ("Import Tool") and import-export becomes migrate-from-other-clients ("Migrate from Other Clients"). Fix the claim that the Import tool reads several clients' formats (eDonkey2000 only) and link both pages from the toolbar, amulegui, Directories and amule.conf docs.
