What steps will reproduce the bug?
I use the Remote bridge extension (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=DavidLouda.remote-bridge) which allows me to open SSH connection and edit files there. But the extension doesn't work with those open files only with local ones.
How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?
It always behaves like this.
What is the expected behavior?
It should work the same way on remote files as with local ones.
What do you see instead?
The extension doesn't check remote files for problems.
