ts project initialization: dotnet-version is only supported for C# projects

I am running Linux, decided to try spacetime again, and ran into a bug

1. updated my spacetime cli tool from 2.2.0 to 2.9.0 (maybe doesn't matter)
2. ran spacetime dev --template react-ts after couple prompts ran into error: dotnet-version is only supported for C# projects
3. tried other ts templates - same issue.

The project isn't created. This contradicts your documentation.

spacetime init actually worked!

expected: update documentation, provide working commands
