Subject: [PATCH] docs: name the official JS SDK, the Python SDK and the MCP
 server

State in the README intro that this is the official SDK, and link to the other official SDK and to the MCP server for Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT. AI engines do not connect cloro to its SDKs and MCP server (MAR-404).
