#725 raised the flipcash-shared-core-spm requirement to upToNextMinor 0.5.0
but left Package.resolved pinned at 0.4.1. Xcode Cloud archives with automatic
dependency resolution disabled, so it refuses the stale file rather than
re-resolving — build #524 failed at Archive with "an out-of-date resolved file
was detected", and every build off main fails the same way.
