What needs to be validated

Need to raise warning for modular spine cards such as N9K-SUP-A/N9K-SUP-B no longer being supported in 16.1.x.

Why it needs to be validated

Customers might not be made aware of the incompatibility well before the upgrade window where the "Card compatibility check" is raised.
