[BUG]参数配置的限制1000行数据实现错误

参数配置的限制1000行数据，通常理解是最终返回结果限制到1000行，而不是访问的数据限制到1000行。

比如单表，执行sum，应该是count完成后限制结果集只返回1000行以内，而不是在count就limit到1000行，导致超过1000行数据的表count永远结果都是1000
