Subject: [PATCH] chore: add glama.json so the Glama directory picks up the
 maintainer

Adds the minimal metadata file glama.ai looks for when scoring a listing.
The schema (https://glama.ai/mcp/schemas/server.json) only requires the
maintainers array; everything else is implicit from the repo.
