Subject: [PATCH] chore: relock hermes-social-digest-pipeline to the mcp.url
 fix

The nixnuc deploy exposed a real bug: mcp.url defaulted to a bare
127.0.0.1:8787 with no /mcp path, so the collector 404'd on first run.
Fixed and verified live via a local override-input deploy; this just
points the lock at the real merged commit
(genebean/HermesSocialDigestPipeline#14) instead of the local override.
