From b36b7fa38f7cf2a591b36afaab09efe3d0ff7182 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Volo Kluev Date: Thu, 22 Oct 2026 15:20:35 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): Authenticate setup-protoc to avoid GitHub API rate limits arduino/setup-protoc queries the GitHub releases API to resolve the protoc version.
