unable to deploy

it's the second error I am getting, I fixed the first one by manually creating "octochat" cluster

I think the ECS service needs to be created manually before you can deploy a task definition to it.

Thanks for the reply , unfortunately I lack of knowledge how to create this "Arn" manually , don't know what it means, can you guide me ?
