+Arseniy Seroka is the founder and CEO of Serokell, a software engineering company specializing in functional programming and research in mathematics and computer science. Since founding the company in 2015, he has helped bring functional programming into production software. He is also an Associate Professor teaching functional programming, with a research interest in dependent type systems.

+At the Haskell Foundation, Arseniy focuses on strengthening the relationship between Haskell and industry. Through Serokell, he has spent over a decade building functional-programming teams and delivering Haskell-based engineering for clients across finance, infrastructure, and research-heavy domains.
