I have io_uring ring and it could be handy to plug the thingbuf state change as another completion there off Futex-Atomic.
This would require exposing an Atomic off Core like the current head / tail via pub?
Currently using another futex but maybe it could be built-in perhaps if this would be acceptable I can send a PR perhaps?
