Have found a lot of people aren't aware that the HMCTS Way exists. It would be ideal if new users onboarded to the CNP and CPP are introduced to our technical documentation on day 1.
Don't want to solutionise this too much but a Slackbot is used effectively for onboarding members of the platform team currently. To ensure only CNP/CPP developers are included, perhaps a trigger based on azure-access additions could be used.
Slackbot is nice because it can introduce the user to useful Slack channels and introduce the culture a little bit too :)
