Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(pkg)!: mint a v8 UUID for the renamed package, bump
 to 0.1.1

The package was registered in julia-professional-registry as
`InvestigativeJournalist` (UUID 379a7c0a-…, 0.1.0), and was later renamed
in-repo to `InvestigativeJournalism` (98ccf6b). REGISTRY-POLICY treats a
rename as a new package with a new UUID, and D320 mints every new ID as
v8. The owner ruled on 2026-10-09 that the renamed package re-registers
under a fresh v8 at 0.1.1.

  01a11de2-b9d3-80b4-b616-640df22918c0 (ADR-008 profile T, minted with
  standards/scripts/uuid-v8.js t)
- version: 0.1.0 → 0.1.1

The registered 0.1.0 cannot stay: its Deps bind the old Causals and
ZeroProb UUIDs, which the registry is rebinding in the same change.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix(meta): carry the rename and 0.1.1 into the Zig FFI
 and stapeln metadata

ffi/zig/src/main.zig still labelled builds INVESTIGATIVEJOURNALIST.JL at
0.1.0, and stapeln.toml still declared 0.1.0. Both now match Project.toml:
InvestigativeJournalism, 0.1.1.
