Jewell" <6759885+hyperpolymath@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Mon, 19 Oct 2026 11:51:46 +0100 Subject: [PATCH 2/3] fix(ci): restore Hypatia baseline behavior after #1281 (#1292) Stacks on #1281 to address its outstanding Hypatia/baseline regressions and associated CI failures. - Restore acceptance of scanner baseline severities (`warn`, `informational`), `warn`/`medium` compatibility, list-valued `rule_module` membership, and accurate blocking counts. - Preserve the empty-findings `[]` positive control in the scanner security self-test. - Align the baseline validator with the authoritative schema for module arrays, optional notes, and the separate severity-override enum. - Add regression coverage for compatibility, blocking ranks, overrides, malformed entries, and threshold diagnostics. K9-SVC scope is unchanged; the latest PR #1281 K9 contractile check is green. Local validation: baseline regression suite (52 checks), Hypatia blocking-gate suite, shipped-baseline filter, JSON parse, and `git diff --check` pass. This is deliberately based on #1281's head branch so the fixes land in the stack before #1281 is merged. --------- Co-authored-by: arena-agent <297053741+arena-agent@users.noreply.github.com> --- .../hypatia-baseline.schema.json | 2 +- docs/HYPATIA-BASELINE-FORMAT.adoc | 6 +- scripts/apply-baseline.sh | 78 ++++++++-- scripts/tests/apply-baseline-test.sh | 134 +++++++++++++++++- scripts/tests/science-ci-security-test.rb | 22 +-- 5 files changed, 216 insertions(+), 26 deletions(-) diff --git a/.machine_readable/hypatia-baseline.schema.json b/.machine_readable/hypatia-baseline.schema.json index 2772ce94f..939c4cb57 100644 --- a/.machine_readable/hypatia-baseline.schema.json +++ b/.machine_readable/hypatia-baseline.schema.json @@ -18,7 +18,7 @@ ], "properties": { "severity": { - "description": "Severity of the finding as reported by Hypatia. Jewell" <6759885+hyperpolymath@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Mon, 19 Oct 2026 11:59:51 +0100 Subject: [PATCH 3/3] fix(ci): account for the devcontainer in the standards map (#1293) Follow-up stacked on #1281 / #1292. The post-fix CI rerun exposed one unrelated but blocking Gate D drift: the existing top-level `.devcontainer` (added by #1282) was absent from `standards-map.toml`. Adds the root machinery entry and increments `entry_count` from 128 to 129. This is an honest map update, not an exemption. `bash scripts/check-standards-map.sh --repo .` now passes all five assertions (129 mapped paths; 77 top-level entries mapped; count 129). This resolves the only failed check identified on the latest #1281 run; the Hypatia baseline validation, Hypatia scan, Repo self-tests, and K9-SVC validation are green. --------- Co-authored-by: arena-agent <297053741+arena-agent@users.noreply.github.com> --- standards-map.toml | 15 ++++++++++++++- 1 file changed, 14 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/standards-map.toml b/standards-map.toml index 900178ff5..8092e887f 100644 --- a/standards-map.toml +++ b/standards-map.toml @@ -33,7 +33,7 @@ [map] repo = "hyperpolymath/standards" version = "1.0.0" -entry_count = 128 +entry_count = 129 generated = false # hand-curated; the district index.adoc files ARE generated checked_by = "scripts/check-standards-map.sh" @@ -1608,6 +1608,19 @@ canonical_doc = "" gate = "" note = "Machine-readable CRG grade declaration ('**Current Grade:** X' line), as component-readiness-grades/COMPONENT-READINESS-GRADES.adoc asks for; read by just crg-grade / crg-badge.
