Subject: [PATCH] :bug: Fix `STATIC_ASSERT` template argument

Problem:
- The `STATIC_ASSERT` macro doesn't help out GCC enough; the `format_result`
  doesn't implicitly convert to a `ct_string`.

Solution:
- Explicitly convert to a `ct_string` in the workaround case for `STATIC_ASSERT`.
