Make this a Rails engine

Currently the generators update the Rails project code. That is not a good approach. So we need convert this to a Rails engine.

i started out with that task, basic functionality is available, including (#14).

you can give it a try with:
https://github.com/fluxsaas/feather_cms#you-want-to-checkout-how-it-looks-and-works-

i did not checked the cashing yet, but prepared the engine for rspec test, also simplified the controller and routes, not authentication yet.

let me now what you think.
