An option for the optimization to leave certain nodes where they are

Optimizing is good for some maps, but sometimes you want to group a few nodes close to each other, or far apart, even if its not optimal.
An option to force lock certain nodes prior to optimization would be very helpful for these cases.

I'm going to make it possible to take the current layout as a seed placement. Then it would also be possible to lock certain nodes.
