Can we create Business rules in Dataverse tables that are being used in a Code app?

I know that Tables in Dataverse have the option for Business Rules, but it only works for model driven apps, isn't?

I would like to know if there is a way to implement Business Rules in tables used by an application built in Code Apps.

Some business rules also work on Canvas Apps. If you want logic to be able on multiple fronts (chatbot, code app, model driven, etc.) the logic should be on server side, and not on the front side. You could write c# plugin instead of business rules.
