It is written that we need to use the Export attribute like this:

[Export(NameSource=typeof(ITextViewModelProvider))]

Where is this Export attribute that has a NameSource property?

Wow, that's a very old doc comment. I'll update it.
All you need is
[Export(typeof(ITextViewModelProvider))]
and also [ContentType] attribute for your content type
