Doesn't seem to handle books with more than one author

Looking at the DB schema, it appears that a book can only have one listed author which might make it a challenge for books like Design Patterns which has Erich Gamma, Grady Booch, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, and John Vlissides as the authors

Yeh, I'll have to think about extending the model to cover this case. It'd be ugly with it being just a single string field including all those authors and not really work as intended.

I'd need an author table and allow for multiple IDs in a book field. I'll consider it, but probably won't be for awhile to address.
