Remove the hardened bile generation from bobenemies

Some worms create bob-hardened-bile as an effect. This should be removed as the bob-resin item (its' mining result) is removed.

Or we could unhide the resin item and the resin to liquid resin recipe. I'm not sure what is best 🤔

Actually ignore that. It's cleaner to just remove the effect. Then we don't have to account for when Bob's Enemies mod is not enabled.

Thanks for the report. I opened a focused PR against the SeaBlock dev branch for the hardened bile / removed resin path:

KompetenzAirbag#80

What the PR changes:

• Removes the Bob Enemies hardened-bile drop path that can create removed bob-resin results in SeaBlock.
• Keeps the cleanup with SeaBlock's final unobtainable-item handling.

Methodology:

• I started from this issue and checked the Bob Enemies loadout in the local smoke matrix.
• I kept this branch limited to the hardened-bile/resin issue rather than combining it with other optional-mod cleanup.

Validation:

• The branch was included in a local aggregate validation stack that passed Factorio headless map creation with Quality and Elevated Rails enabled.
• Smoke coverage included minimal SeaBlock, Bob Power, and Bob Enemies + Bob Greenhouse loadouts.

The branch remains focused on the hardened-bile/resin path. It removes nested create-entity effects for bob-hardened-bile from Bob Enemies stream/turret prototypes and makes the bile entity non-minable when Bob Enemies is present.
