Decoding Texture2Ds has outdated documentation

Minor inconsistency, but this page references the GetTextureData method, which was changed to FillPictureData in commit e14c5ba4f4.

Yep, I'm aware. I am currently trying (keyword trying) to rework the texture API at the cost of my sanity. I was going to add mipmapping support, but when I went to support Switch swizzling mipmaps, I realized the mipmapping code would break swizzling so I had to go back a second time. Still working on it so no reason to update that wiki page until the new API is fixed and released.

Texture changes at fddbdb5. I'll admit I let copilot run wild on this one (since I really did not feel like redoing all of the code for the third or fourth time) so it may be somewhat broken. Definitely want to review it a bit more before I do a nuget release. I did test on importing a few files and it seemed to work fine, but I've yet to test mip-mapping ingame yet. The API should be fine though, I don't plan on changing it much more from this.
