Netronix MSP430 - Battery Driver

The Embedded Controller provides status information about the battery.
This issue collects information and code drops related to implementing a driver that can ultimately report charge level and charging status.

I have implemented a prototype driver: Artox/linux@aa739e5

Working:

• registers a power supply of type battery
• reads the voltage level from msp430 at 0x41
• translates the reported level to uV based on a linear equation (approximate)
• adds static battery information through device-tree

Nice to Have:

• evaluate battery warning emitted by msp430
• charging indication - based on ACIN presence <-- probably modeled as a power supply of type AC
• find msp430 exposes a control interface for charging
